Weekly Arrest Wrap-up (3/8/2015)

The following is a list of individuals who were arrested on prostitution related charges (or who have a history of prostitution charges) during the week of 3/2/2015 – 3/8/2015 according to public records maintained by the Oklahoma County Jail and the Oklahoma City Police Department.

Arrested Mar. 2, 2015

1. Wilbert Lee Brewer III, DOB 9/11/1979, Black male, reportedly resides in the 3900 block of N. Flynn St., in Oklahoma City, OK.
   Arrested by members of the Oklahoma City Police Department on a criminal complaint of aiding and abetting prostitution.
2. Jason Kyle Collingsworth, DOB 12/1/1977, White male, reportedly resides in the 5900 block of Winding Ridge in San Antonio, TX.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.
3. Richard Henry Friant, DOB 1/22/1941, White male, reportedly resides in the 13000 block of SW 47th St. in Mustang, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.
4. Monica Jarvis, DOB 7/26/1994, White female, reportedly resides in either Denver, CO. or California.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on new criminal complaints of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness, felony computer crimes and fugitive from justice (prostitution charge from a previous OKC visit).
5. Patience Dawn Kuehl, DOB 6/28/1994, White female, reportedly resides in Prague, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaints of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness, felony computer crimes and possession of drug paraphernalia.
6. Jennifer Plum, DOB 4/20/1978, reportedly resides in OKC, OK.
   Arrested by members of the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant for criminal charges of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness, felony computer crimes, and felony engaging in prostitution within 1,000′ of a church or school.

1. Kelvin Cordal Brady, DOB 11/13/1986, Black male, reportedly resides in the 1100 block of Biloxi Dr. in Norman, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.
2. Francisco Quiej-Chay, DOB 10/26/1987, Mexican male, reportedly resides in the 3900 block of NW 15th St. in OKC, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.
3. Fred Gwo Jye Huang, DOB 9/29/1960, Oriental male, reportedly resides in the 9900 block of Cortino Way in Elk Grove, CA.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.
4. Melissa Daniella Lee, DOB 5/17/1989, Mexican female, reportedly resides in Vici, OK.
   Arrested by members of the OCPD on criminal complaints of offering to engage in prostitution, felony computer crimes, fugitive from justice and possession of CDS.
5. Srilan Maranan, DOB 12/28/1984, Oriental male, reportedly resides in the 6800 block of NW 22nd St. in Bethany, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.
6. Trey Marcel Morton, DOB 12/11/1988, Black male, reportedly resides in the 8500 block of Candlewood Dr. in OKC, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.
7. Marcus Lamont Thurman, DOB 7/26/1982, Black male, reportedly resides in the 8500 block of Tiffany Dr. in OKC, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of procuring prostitution/pandering.

1. Roderick Villar Igama, DOB 6/27/1968, Mexican male, reportedly resides in the 4900 block of Embassy Way in Cypress, CA.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.

1. Stormy Nicole Green, DOB 10/6/1984, White female, reportedly resides in the 1000 block NW 88th St. in OKC, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on criminal complaints of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness  and felony computer crimes.
2. Crystal Gail Young, DOB 10/18/1979, White female, reportedly resides in Cache. OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.
3. Dusty Don Young, DOB 2/26/1980, White female, reportedly resides in Cache, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness.
4. Oneal Smith III, DOB 6/6/1967, Black male, reportedly resides in the 1200 block of NE 43rd St. in OKC.
   Arrested by members of the OCSO on multiple warrants – including one stemming from his 2007 conviction for pandering.

1. Elizabeth Elaine Andrade, DOB 8/25/1982, White female, reportedly resides in the 14200 block of Calais Circle in OKC, OK.
   Arrested by members of OCPD on criminal complaints of offering to engage in prostitution/lewdness  and felony computer crimes.
