Arrested by members of the Oklahoma City Police Dept. on a new criminal complaint of engaging in an act of lewdness.
Arrested Feb. 25, 2015
- Carrie Lashell Mustin, DOB 1/15/1983, reportedly a transient in OKC.
Arrested by members of the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant for felony possession of CDS. Has prior prostitution cases. - Penny Ann Melton / Penny Ann Rutter / Penny Ann Bates, DOB 12/15/1967, White female, two addresses listed; 12100 block of Coffee Creek Rd. in Arcadia, OK. and the 600 block of SE 6th in OKC, OK.
Arrested by members of the Oklahoma City Police Dept. on a new criminal complaint of maintaining a house of prostitution. - Skyler Henderson, DOB 5/1/1992, White female, reportedly resides in OKC, OK.
Arrested by members of the Oklahoma City Police Dept. on a criminal complaint of offering to engage in an act of prostitution. - Toby Lamont Hightower, DOB 4/15/1977, Black male, reportedly resides in the 800 block of NW 32nd in OKC, OK.
Arrested by members of the OCPD on a failure to appear warrant stemming from a 2012 criminal charge of aiding and abetting prostitution.
Arrested Mar. 1, 2015
- William Johnson, DOB 12/31/1986, reportedly resides in the 500 block of Cardinal Place in Midwest City, OK.
Arrested by members of the OCSO on a warrant stemming from a 2014 criminal case for human trafficking, transporting a minor for the purpose of prostitution, oral sodomy, pandering, child prostitution and rape in the second degree of a person under 16 years old.
